He is an audit committee financial expert as defined under the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and meets the financial sophistication requirement of the listing standards of the NASDAQ.

Chief Technical Officer - White Door
Mike Lee, the original developer of the Company's technology, has rejoined the Company as Chief Technology Officer of White Door, a wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Lee developed this technology to solve the problem of providing physical security in remote areas where power is not available. Mr. Lee has more than 30 years experience in high technology industries, the last 20 developing creative products and solutions in the video, physical security and renewable energy industries. While working for the communications division of Centel Corporation, Mr. Lee developed a technology that was integrated into the first ``server'' based video distribution system for business environments which led to teaming opportunities with Turner Broadcasting and NBC Studios in New York City.
After the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, Mr. Lee was responsible for the video surveillance applications on the TSA contract at all U.S. public transportation airports. His designs for security ``arches'' at the checkpoints dropped the installation time for surveillance at checkpoints from months to hours and are now being installed at various airports around the country. Mr. Lee has focused his work with Federal, State, Local and TSA branches of the government by providing both logical and physical security solutions to various agencies and commercial clients.
John Jacob

John Jacob has joined the Company as head of Sales and Marketing for the Company's subsidiary, White Door, Inc. Mr. Jacob brings more than 27 years of high tech international sales, consulting, and business development experience specifically focused in communications and internet security solutions. In 2006, John was brought into Verisign to run the world-wide channels and business development team. Under his leadership, the team experienced extraordinary growth in revenue to over $250 million/year and reduced operating expenses in the unit by more than 60%. Additionally, Mr. Jacob spent more than 14 years at EDS where, in his final five years, he was responsible for leading the global base realignment and closure (BRAC) initiative for the Secretary of Defense resulting in 33 global base closures across all federal agencies including intelligence, DoD, and Civilian which include large scale technology consolidation, integration and relocation.

Herve Kopciak, has joined White Door as Chief Operating Officer. Herve has over 27 years of successful hands-on experience supporting Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike. His diverse background includes 24 years in the active and reserve Navy where he retired as a Captain, key leadership positions in the construction industry and a top ranked information technology system integrator, as well as over 6 years as a business consultant. Herve Kopciak is a highly respected and proven leader and a successful manager recognized for initiating unique cost-saving procedures and systems on a wide variety of complex projects and products. He has worked for corporations such as Steven Myers & Associates, Northrop Grumman, and Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall.
Robert John Flynn
General Counsel - White Door
Additionally, Robert John Flynn, Jr. Esq., has joined the Company's subsidiary, White Door, as Chief Legal Counsel. Robert is an international corporate attorney, whose career spans four decades. He began his career in the U.S. Army (Military Intelligence) and served in the 1968-70 MyLai Investigation (Peers Inquiry). He was discharged as Captain and served the Office of D.C. Attorney General (Corporation Counsel) from 1970-80. Robert's Bar Admissions include: Supreme Court of the United States; U.S. Courts of Appeals, First, Third, Fourth, and Sixth Circuits; D.C. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court (D.C.); Superior Court of the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
