R. Paul Gray

Chief Executive Officer - Critical Solutions

Mr. Gray is the Managing Member of Core Concepts, LLC, a strategic and financial consulting firm which he founded in 2002 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of United Therapeutics (NasdaqGS:UTHR - News) since 2003. He is an audit committee financial expert as defined under the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and meets the financial sophistication requirement of the listing standards of the NASDAQ.


Jeff Sirianni

President - White Door

Mr. Sirianni is an active early stage investor and strategic consultant to numerous development stage companies. Mr. Sirianni sits on the board of both public and private companies.

Mr. Sirianni is the Chairman of the Board of White Door, Inc., the provider of alternative energy power platforms, and White Door Canarias, S.L., a Canary Island company situated in the U.S. sponsored ZEC zone for economical development. Mr. Sirianni is the CEO of Red Branch Technologies, which connects emergent companies in sustainable-energy and point-of-need physical security markets with the critical resources they need for commercial success.  Mr. Sirianni is also a Co-Founder of Nano Therapies, LLC, a company specializing in drug delivery utilizing unique Nano particles, Mr. Sirianni is the Vice President of Business Development for Biomimix, Inc., which focuses on clean water and ballast water treatment, as well as off-grid hydrogen production. 

He is also the Managing Member of ND3, LLC, founded in 2007, which assists its clients with a broad range of consulting services in the areas of business development and education to strategic consultation. ND3 focuses its efforts on developmental stage companies, both public and private, as well as mature companies in need of capital formation, funding introductions, and/or public relations.


John Jacob

Executive Vice President of Sales - White Door

John Jacob has joined the Company as head of Sales and Marketing for the Company's subsidiary, White Door, Inc. Mr. Jacob brings more than 27 years of high tech international sales, consulting, and business development experience specifically focused in communications and internet security solutions. In 2006, John was brought into Verisign to run the world-wide channels and business development team. Under his leadership, the team experienced extraordinary growth in revenue to over $250 million/year and reduced operating expenses in the unit by more than 60%. Additionally, Mr. Jacob spent more than 14 years at EDS where, in his final five years, he was responsible for leading the global base realignment and closure (BRAC) initiative for the Secretary of Defense resulting in 33 global base closures across all federal agencies including intelligence, DoD, and Civilian which include large scale technology consolidation, integration and relocation.


Herve Kopciak

Chief Operating Officer - White Door

Herve Kopciak, has joined White Door as Chief Operating Officer. Herve has over 27 years of successful hands-on experience supporting Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike. His diverse background includes 24 years in the active and reserve Navy where he retired as a Captain, key leadership positions in the construction industry and a top ranked information technology system integrator, as well as over 6 years as a business consultant. Herve Kopciak is a highly respected and proven leader and a successful manager recognized for initiating unique cost-saving procedures and systems on a wide variety of complex projects and products. He has worked for corporations such as Steven Myers & Associates, Northrop Grumman, and Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall.


Robert John Flynn

General Counsel - White Door

Additionally, Robert John Flynn, Jr. Esq., has joined the Company's subsidiary, White Door, as Chief Legal Counsel. Robert is an international corporate attorney, whose career spans four decades. He began his career in the U.S. Army (Military Intelligence) and served in the 1968-70 MyLai Investigation (Peers Inquiry). He was discharged as Captain and served the Office of D.C. Attorney General (Corporation Counsel) from 1970-80. Robert's Bar Admissions include: Supreme Court of the United States; U.S. Courts of Appeals, First, Third, Fourth, and Sixth Circuits; D.C. Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court (D.C.); Superior Court of the District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Military Appeals.


Ernest Troth

Foreign Business Development and Sales

Since 1991, Mr. Troth has managed several start-up and mid-sized companies in Virginia and Maryland, bringing technical and engineering solutions to customers' business and trade expansion goals.  He also brings nearly 15 years of expatriate experience in the Middle East, Europe and the Far East in both diplomatic and international trade consulting.   Mr. Troth is skilled in off-shore trade, international marketing, assessing customer goals and needs, and is an accomplished team builder.  He holds an MBA issued by the University of New Haven in conjunction with Cyprus College in Nicosia, and an MA from George Washington University.  A lifelong advocate of renewable energy, he is trained in the design and installation of micro hydro power generation and grid-inter-tied systems.
